Re: "Ballad of Lord Woolsley" quest not starting.

Update.

The quest activated, I just went along collecting followers, doing quests in The Hinterlands and all of a sudden the quest was available, not too sure how or why but there seems to be some kind of trigger for this quest that I don't understand.
