@klash87 These achievements have been on the list of ones that are still reported to this day. Console achievements go by two things.

Your console profile

Your save data

As these are not through the EA app, or your EA account, or whichever game you are playing, they are harder to resolve by that game dev team. 

You stated you did a bunch of steps already which really only leaves a handful left for that console.

• Start a new game and we know how long this one is.
• Save the saved file as a new one, delete the old saves, and keep playing on the new one.
• Sign into the console as a guest or separate account and play for a time to get it to sync.
• Delete the game, delete your Gamertag, resign in and the console should sync everything as new.

Once these are completed and those achievements do not pop up, you have to report them on the Problems with Achievements and Challenges page so that Xbox can take a look at the achievements.
