@EvilHeero The first and easiest thing to check is whether you're using the correct account for both the game/Origin and the Keep. You also need to be online and logged in in-game for the game to sync with the Keep. You can only import a world state while making a new game, once you've started a playthrough you cannot change it. Be sure to check the time of the world state you import again the time you exported from the Keep, that's usually a good indicator of whether you got the right one. 🙂
