Tried to install from My downloads folder, even a new download of the file -
tried from the C:\Program Files\ folder and from the C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts folder i made myself -
I've tried with and without opening "with" administrator privileges, Ive tried not creating a desktop shortcut.
-Open installer file
-Click Lets Go
-Click on Continue
-Watch it say Downloading Stuff
-Accept UAC Popup
-Watch it say Downloading Stuff
-it disappears and no longer shows up as a running process at all.
For my last attempt - I Tried changing the install directory to a different drive... (this attempt the installer did not close and go away - it just stayed on the downloading stuff screen with the progress bar at 100%
No folder is made on the selected drive - the installer would not close out on its own, waited 10 minutes.. no activity shown in task manager.
