@MichaelDKSame issue when launching via the EA Desktop App. It is stupid.
EDIT: Completely closing out of the EA Desktop app, running it as administrator, and opening up battlefield 1 seemed to get the menu to come back. Hope this helps other people!!
I think i found the solution. Go to nvdia control panel-adjust image settings with preview and make sure use the advanced 3D image setting is chosen. Then go to manage 3D settings find/add bf1.exe and select the preferred graphics processor for this program and choose high-performance NVIDIA processor. Hope it will be solution for this issue. At least it worked for me.
