If you experience any INST Error codes with the EA App, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this thread Here. 

Even if the specific error code is not on the list yet, you can still try the troubleshooting steps as those should help you resolve the issue.

    the EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing. The specific error code given is INST-3-1719.
