@EA_Jason It’s happening ~most~ of the time. It will very randomly run smooth for a few seconds but I can’t find a trigger. Hardware usage is totally fine in performance monitoring software, so I don’t suspect anything nefarious on that end.
One thing I can reliable replicate: if you click and drag the whole window around your desktop (I generally do this in quick circles) and do so continuously, the frame rate will return to native and run buttery smooth until you stop and scroll or click somewhere in the app again.
Another clarification.. the low frame rate ~seems~ to be rapid hitching rather than just a consistent low frame rate. Like a frame pacing issues. I say this because you can see the cursor moving at an uneven pattern as you move it around the display quickly. Attempt to demonstrate: •••• • • • • • • ••••. Something like that, visually. (Also, I run my main display at 144hz, which definitely helps notice the difference)
