Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

I have renewed my Xbox Gamepass subscription yesterday after a few months but EA App is not recognizing my EA Play subscription via gamepass. So I can`t download EA Play games. EA app installed and login etc via Xbox app.

I have checked Account settings link between xbox and ea account is still active. EA APP Cache cleared wIthout success. I have also reinstalled it and tested it with a different PC but nothing works.

Also check topic: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Play-PC/PC-EA-Play-and-Xbox-Game-Pass-Not-Working/td-p/13377565/jump-to/first-unread-message

So I guess that there is a general issue.

  • Theres obviously a problem with the EA App, so can we get some non generic answers and have the mods have a think,  have a look on the boards,  so many people have been saying the same thing for the last so many hours, maybe theres an issue that isnt people trying to log into the wrong account.

I experienced a similar issue, and here's how I resolved it:

The problem was that I had a pre-existing EA Games account, but it wasn't linked to my Xbox account. I accessed the EA App using the email registered with my Xbox account, which resulted in having two EA accounts: one I had previously and another one that Xbox created.

I suggest checking if you might have a similar situation. Make sure you are logging into the EA App with the email that is registered with your Xbox account. This resolved the issue for me, and I hope it can help you as well.

    Best of luck!
