Double/Triple Charging

Okay, so I was double maybe even triple charged and now I am in the negatives because of this. I'm confused as to why this is even happening and feel uncomfortable making more purchases if this persists especially. This feels like attempted fraud.

You should be able to request a refund for transactions that shouldn't have gone through:

The response from EA_Poppy is false. They do not help. I have the same issue and I'm also looking at negative money. Doing chargebacks results in sanctions/ban. This is setup to benefit EA and if the customer gets ripped off then so be it. It's time to stop buying things from this company as they're resorting to basically theft.
