Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Hello,

I recently re-downloded the EA app (I used it as Origin a few years ago). I had Dragon Age 2 and Dragon Age: Inquisition with all DLCs, and paid for all of it. Now that I've re-downloaded the EAP app, it says that both games and all of the DLC have been "removed for an unlisted reason." What is going on? Where are my purchased games? I can't even figure out how to contact EA Help, and the chat tool bugs out for me. Have I lost these purchases for some random reason? What do I do?

I have paid literally thousands of dollars for my Sims4 and all of the expansion packs, stuff packs, kits, game packs (you get the picture). To log in and have all of that removed from my library with some cryptic note to the effect that I have canceled my EA Pro subscription is utterly infuriating.  I purchased 80% of that content before EA Pro existed and the rest of it I PURCHASED separately from EA Pro.  I will never re-subscribe to EA Pro. If you continue to attempt to extort me by clearing out my library every few months, I'm just going to go to court, or arbitration or whatever ridiculous method you have for resolving conflicts in your no-doubt scintillating terms of use document.
