I haven't been able to access the EA app entirely for an entire month. Anytime I try to log in it says "unable to log in error code EC:10000" When I brought it to support the first time they said, "This is an ongoing issue that we are in the midst of fixing". I later messaged again, yielding the same response, I then asked if it were possible to transfer the available games on my EA library to Steam... which I know is possible and have actually done before with Origin... and they said it was impossible. I then asked if I could get a full refund or at least a partial refund on my EA library net worth, and they said it was not possible because I already had 2 weeks or more than 2 hours on my games... This is outrageous. I would straight up get legal action against them for not providing proper service if I wasn't still a damn minor.
