how to add old cd key games to account?

so i have bf2 and bf2142 im trying to add to my account that i brought years ago (new)

iv talked to an advisor and they are saying i need to contact the retailer as the keys are not showing up on there system or something, i sent pictures of my keys on the manuals. is there anything i can do....?? or will i have to find a diffrent way to..... download my games????
