Unlinked Brothers PS Account and Can’t Relink
Im not really sure how my brothers PlayStation account got linked with my EA account but we noticed because when I played skate I was in my brothers skate account. I unlinked it because he has his EA account but now EA says that my brothers account can’t be logged into. He tried resetting the password and he is using the correct email. Has this happened to anyone?
What data does EA App take from my PC
Hi After installing the EA Application on Windows PC, I noticed there is somew traffic being uploaded, even without me having played a title yet. Can you provide a list of exactly what data is removed from my PC by the EA App. I presume it depends on which setting I have configured, and so to be clear, I have disabled sharing my data, and also configured all privacy settings to give me maximum privacy. So after setting these options what data is removed from my PC ? Please describe the data by the actual content, ie lists of folders, photos, text, screen grabs, peripheral input logs, game and EA App logs etc. Thanks.
How can I make the EA App launch library tab by default?
Hello, In the old Origin app I could select the option to launch the Origin app Library by default. But here as you can see the Library tab does not open by default and there's no settings within the application. Instead it is the Home tab with the store that launches in the background. I would like only the Library to open when launching the EA App like how it was before with Origin. Even Steam lets me open the Library by default. Any help will be appreciated.
Is the EA app able to stay running while in an EA game?
Whenever I play an EA game via the EA app, the app closes to "prepare my game." I'm sure this is not a bug, rather a setting. Is it possible to keep the EA app open when playing an EA game, or is this needed in order to possibly optimize the game? I'm asking this because I want to know whether or not installing games continue to download when in an EA app game.Won't let you refund
Tried to refund the game, send you to refund tool, after a very long wait, it says choose a game your eligible to refund. It then says I do not have any games in my library . I have have no purchases, but then it says to browse purchases, the purchase come sup, the request refund extension comes up on purchase and then the cycle repeats. At least black Ops 7 let me refund for their failure to deliver.
