Origin displays 2 medals of honor in 2010, while EA app only displays 1 medal
I previously purchased 2 copies of the Medal of Honor 2010, which were displayed in Origin. One copy is in English and the other is in Chinese. However, now I only have one copy of the Medal of Honor 2010 on the EA app, and there is still no Chinese version available. Could EA please fix this bug? I have over 70 downloaded content for the sims 4 and the game isn't recognizing it while I am in the game. I have unistalled the game, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, and repaired it several times. There is no custom content or mods in the game. The EA app recognizes that I have downloaded content before I launch the game but after it launches and I go to play only base game items and worlds show up. There is no option to unistall expansion packs either. I can pull up the option to manage add ons but that is all I can do. Hello everyone, Maybe someone here in the forum can help me, the EA support chat has unfortunately been completely unable to offer a solution to my problem several times. I am confronted with the following situation. I have several physical Battlefield games at home, which I used to play frequently, but haven't done so in recent years due to time constraints. My EA account was linked to an old email address of mine, which I haven't used in recent years. A few years ago, I received an e-mail to this old e-mail address informing me that my e-mail address linked to the EA account had been changed. As I no longer used this email address (I still have access to it), this email went missing. I don't know the new e-mail address and I assume that my EA password was cracked and the e-mail address was changed. The account has since been archived due to inactivity. I am now faced with the situation that I can no longer undo this change as the link in the email no longer works. I would have to activate my account with an e-mail address that does not belong to me. I'm unable to open new support cases and so unable to have my EA account deleted. The button to open a case is not there. Context: I've been trying to get my EA account deleted and all of my personal information removed from EA databases. (right to be forgotten) I found EA's help article on this topic here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/close-ea-account/#right-to-be-forgotten The link in that article takes me here: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=ea-account&category=data-privacy&topic=delete-ea-data so I proceeded to create a case to do this. The advisor said they couldn't do it but they would escalate it to another team who would email me at some point (couldn't tell me when). I did receive an email from EA support containing a link but by the time I checked the email and clicked the link it had expired. When I tried to do this again by opening a new case the 2nd advisor I spoke to said they couldn't help me unless I provided them with the email address that I used to create the account. They wouldn't accept the email address that is currently linked to the account and is the one I used to log in and raise the case. But my account is 13 years old and I don't know that original email address anymore. I changed the email address on my account years ago and have been logging in successfully with it ever since. I was logged into my EA account which is how I was able to open a case in the first place and there is only one email linked to my account and it's my current email which I can access. This was surprising as the first advisor was able to help me using my current, existing, linked email address. Following a useless conversation with that 2nd advisor who would only use stored responses that made no sense in response to my messages I closed the case and tried to open a new one with a different advisor but now the button to open a case has disappeared and I'm unable to open one. I would like to appeal this decision because I haven’t played EA FC 25 for the past four months, so I had no opportunity to break any rules.
