Re: Slow Download Speeds on EA app

Before I say anything else, I want to say I tried *every* solution offered in the following thread:

none of them fixed it or even helped a little bit!

I am trying to download The Sims 3 + update The Sims 4 and am constantly stuck at 1-3MB/s. My Rate Limit was set to unlimited, I set it to 20 when trying out all proposed fixes that didnt work.

I saw EA staff mention that location can be a factor; I am in Germany.

For good measure I just tried it on my other device an sure enough the 1-3MB/s is till present, meaning its not a device issue.
