EA App and Sims 4

I don't really know where to post it, but I see so few topics talking about these problems and to me that's the biggest point when it's about to Sims 4
I don't have much experience with EA App, except with The Sims 4, I needed it to be wrote somewhere because I'm exhausted by struggling with the EA App and I think it killed my will to play TS4.

First, I don't feel really good with every game companies doing their own Launcher,
Now, I understand they do it because it allow them to sell their games without having to pay fees on sale as on other game platform, but it come with a lot of problems for player, and please, we're the one that bought your game, does whatever you want but the customer/player should never had to change his/her habit to play your game,

The first time I opened the App, well, I was not able to have Internet, so can't play the game, can't ever open the app even through so called "Offline" mod that don't work at all but OK.
Then, I had internet and nothing happened when I clicked on Update, the only thing that worked was to repair my game, what I did ofc, and then after repairing and redownloading the whole game, I see, every saves disappeared (not big problem) and the game is now in English and seems if I want to have my langage back I will have to redownload the game.

Ofc, since it changed the langage it also changed the local files because folders are wrote depending of your game langage version, so had to move back everything, not big problem but fortunately I know how game programs generally work but that will not be the case of everybody and the forum is mixing Origin, EA App and whatever you want so good luck to solve your problems..

Honestly, my Internet is too poor and it would take 4/5 hours redownloading it, I prefer to abandon the immersion and my langage because I'm  not even sure that it will be solved but what a mess, and fortunately I'm able to speak English but if this happen to another person of my country he could just abandon the game

Since TS4 depend on the launcher, people that does the launcher have a strong responsibilities to not do things that can be a problem for customers, each time EA make an attempt to make change, it's a pain for us, at least for me, please consider it.

That's not a question, just a rant, maybe that can help people goin through same step, hopefully could be heared by someone that can change it and being taken in consideration, maybe that's useless or too hot reaction but guys you have one job to let people enjoy their 2014 games with the tons of expensive DLC, on some forums I seriously saw some people really wondering to create a crack for the game they BOUGHT to be able to play it....
