Issue with recording and screenshots with Fraps and GeForce

When I try to take screenshots or record gameplay using Fraps I only get a black screen instead of what should actually be on my screen. Sound still records as normal, but the actual screen will not capture with Fraps, and GeForce only captures the desktop instead of the game itself.

There hasn't been an issue up until after the last origin update, and the issue is happening om different computers, with and without mods, and with an old install vs a fresh install.

This issue is only affecting Inquisition and 2. Origins and other Bioware and EA games that I launch through Origin (i.e. mass effect, sims, swtor) all still work fine with Fraps and GeForce.

I like to take screenshots a lot while I play to share, use for referencing when drawing, and gif so for it to suddenly not work is troublesome.

Is anyone else having this problem?
