Change language to Chinese?

I speak Chinese and there is clearly a Chinese version of the game, but for some reason it isn't listed as an option. How do I change the game's language to Chinese?

Hey @foozand.

Available languages are usually determined by the region where you purchased the game. If you purchased the game for a region outside of China you may not be able to use the Chinese language version.

(Not directed at community manager because they have nothing to do with it - I appreciate the response.)
Meanwhile... on Steam - all the languages I want in a drop down. EA is the worst. Who still does region locks!? Even Nintendo figured out that was stupid.
