My experience from people posting here is it is something with EA Play app, and the game usually works correctly on Origin app. People using subscription from Xbox don't have the option to use Origin, but if you have purchased the game, then you SHOULD be able to use the Origin application. So you may want to try that.

After that all the single player dlc is working but catch is you have to play offline so you can`t use dragon age keep and multiplayer.
