Try these steps, thanks.

Right click the EA app and "Run as an Administrator"
Clear the EA app cache: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Download and install all available Windows Updates
Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

@EA_BarryI did these steps and it opened but it only says ea on the top and 3 lines with settings help etc
I mean it doesnt load the other thing like games etc
