EA failed to create folder

It looks the EA app doesn't have the permissions it needs. Could you try running it as an administrator?

Also, just to check, do you have enough storage on your drive to download the files you need?

i did run it as administrator but it did not work and yes i do have enough storage to download it

still got the issue btw

In that case it could be an antivirus issue. I'd recommend making exceptions for the EA app and Apex Legends to go through your firewall and antivirus.

If that also doesn't help, could you try both clearing the EA app cache, and even reinstalling the EA app?

i already did t he apex legends going throught your firewall and stuff but ima reinstall ea app and if that dont work idk what to do

i deleted the game hell with it✌️
