Re: Newly Purchased Games/DLCs Not Showing in EA app Library Since Nov. 24, 2023

I purchased ( twice apparently) it takes two on the EA play store, from within the app. Checking my orders on the EA website shows I purchased it twice today, on the account I am logged into, with both purchases being completed successfully but still no game appears in my library. I have no filters enabled in my library that would hide the game. Please help me play the game I apparently got conned into purchasing twice
