    I'm having the same issue with my xbox gamertag of mMmMmMoToRBoaT (sorry I was 16 when I made it). I do not recall which email I used to subscribe but I thought it was [edit: email address removed]. I can't access that email. Thanks

  • I contacted EA today. They stated they have their technicians fixing this issue. We just need to wait for this inconvenience to be fixed.

    My previous comment is referring to the issue regarding the EA App grey screen.

  • @EA_Cade I’m having the same problem as him on xbox one, i cannot get past the startup screen until it turns gray. Could you please help me?

    @artoombs0113 its been years since I connected a account. Here is what I was able to find.

    All you’ve got to do is open one of our games on your PlayStation®, Xbox, or Switch. Some games ask you to log in at the start, others prompt you to sign into EA servers when you try to access online modes.

    Put in the email address and password for your primary EA Account when you’re asked to log in. Once you’ve signed in, your accounts will be linked.

  • @UNF_Onyx_IV it says “this account is invalid” when i log on onto the games now on my xbox. i don’t know what to do about that

    @artoombs0113 sorry for late response. I did see a few people having that problem. I have seen people change there password and works. Or you may need to reach out to EA and see they can help link it for you.
  • i am having the same issues on my lilbigman62 account i have paid for ea acess and it loads up a grey screen on xbox 1

    im on ps4 and i downloaded ea play. subscribed for 1 momth ( 4.99$) and then went playing fifa 20 . 20 minutes after i opened ea play . i went to the games and to the play list and it al was grey .  same with the game trials and the installed games . i restarted the ps4 . i tried to update the software . i deleted ea play hub then downloaded it . and its all the same . what can i do ? 

  • I get a grey screen in the ea acces hub. 
    is there already a fix for this. Please help

  • @EA_Cade Can you please help I have same problem i click on ea play hub it takes so long to load and when it does I’m just stuck on blue screen 

  • I haven’t been on ea for a while and went on ea play hub and it takes so long to load and when it does im stuck on blue/grey screen I’ve uninstalled and everything and nothing helping please help☹️

  • Yes this is exactly the same screen im getting. I've tried to 'Solved' solution about unlinking my xbox and reopening the app and that didn't work either. Please we need a response to this.

  • SOLUTION!

    On your Xbox Go to Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual and then in Primary input 1-1-1-1 and in Secondary 8-8-8-8 

    This worked for me so hope it does for you too!
