Hey there,
I see you mentioned you already checked to see if your EA and Xbox accounts are linked. If the EA app is not recognizing the subscription, please try clearing the EA app's cache. If the problem persists, there's no harm in double-checking the Connected Accounts, logging out from your Xbox App and EA app, and logging in again with your connected accounts.
