Hi there @Camomilla0403,

Let's give the following steps a try to see if we can get your DLC to appear for you in-game again:

  • Clear the cache for the EA App
  • Run a repair on The Sims 4
    • To repair your game, click The Sims 4 game tile in your game library, and select the 3 dots at the top right corner- you'll see the repair option there.

If your DLC still isn't showing for you once you've tried this, please be sure to let me know!

    Thank you very much for your advice. I have tried them and unfortunately they did not work.
    I don't know if the problem is with the EA application or if the problem is on my laptop.

    I feel like the problems started when they made changes with Origin and EA and the base game went free. 

    Here are some screenshots of the game (they are in french) but you can see the type of message I get.

    When I want to load one of my parties, the game warns me that I have to download DLC content.

    When I click on the DLC, the app tells me that I already own it, which is true.

    From the EA App, if you click The Sims 4 game tile and click the 3 dots at the upper right corner and go to Manage-> Manage Add-Ons, does your DLC show as installed there? Please grab a screenshot of what you're seeing when you check that. 

  • Hi @EA_Solaire , I went to check in the EA app and it says that all the adds on have been downloaded. I have put a screenshot for you. The download manager also tells me that all the adds on have been downloaded. 
    But when I start the game, I still don't have access to the adds on.

    I really don't understand. I've noticed that the downloads are extremely fast, as if it wasn't really downloading.

    Thanks for this info! Let's try another full uninstall and reinstall of The Sims and all your DLC. Once that's done, check your Add-Ons again to see if everything is showing as installed, and let me know if you're seeing your content in-game then please.
