Hi @EA_Solaire , I went to check in the EA app and it says that all the adds on have been downloaded. I have put a screenshot for you. The download manager also tells me that all the adds on have been downloaded.
But when I start the game, I still don't have access to the adds on.
I really don't understand. I've noticed that the downloads are extremely fast, as if it wasn't really downloading.

3 years agoThanks for this info! Let's try another full uninstall and reinstall of The Sims and all your DLC. Once that's done, check your Add-Ons again to see if everything is showing as installed, and let me know if you're seeing your content in-game then please.
