All EA Play games that are available / shown via the EA Play included game list are full games without a playtime limit. The only limit would be that said game could be removed from the EA Play list later down the line (which is normal, and this will be announced via our social channels and/or via a message in Origin itself), or move from EA Play to EA Play Pro only (for example).

Regarding the 10h limit: this is most of the time for new releases and will be advertised as a 'trial'.
