EA Play Pro - Cancelling Subscription
Two days ago I upgraded my subscription to Play Pro, only to find out this is only applicable to my PC and not my PS5 EA account. The whole idea of this was to pay for one subscription, and have the balance of the other refunded.
I have now found out that Play Pro is PC only and, to carry on using the PS5 EA Play, I will need to pay for the two. This makes Play Pro, for me personally, a waste.
I have been trying for over an hour to find a page where, as a UK customer, I can invoke my 14 day right of withdrawal, but I cannot submit anything through EA Help as they do not have EA Play as a product listed. I have not downloaded or used any games, as this was in preperation for EA FC 26, on my PS5, and Battlefield 6, on my PC.
Can someone please help me contact someone to cancel the Pro part, and refund the annual subs of £109.99, as this is within the period of my legal rights?
