Hi @KingTuliock Thanks for the update, the issue here is that Origin is our older default Client for PC that has your game library with EA.. 

EA desktop is a new client we are working on that is currently in Beta, it does not have all games, DLC that EA offers or that are on your EA Account, our team is still working on getting games added. 

If you see a game you own on EA Desktop and it asks to purchase again please do not, we would simply need to wait for further updates for more games to get added.
