My account was hacked and linked to an EA account I've never seen before

This account was banned and it is what comes up when opening EA play games from the Xbox app. I cannot unlink it from my Xbox account, and EA support has repeatedly opened the chat but not responded, leaving me with no option to recover my account. (my xbox account name is blacked out for privacy.).
