Not that I know, though if you see the attached image it says that it's linked to an EA account f1*****@disabled.ea.com which I believe is the issue because that is not my email, and the handle being @disabled.ea.com makes me think this is something else

Select EA app, select manage my account, select issue, and finally select contact option. Remember live chat.
In the end I got the solution to my problem, though I cannot stress enough how many hurdles and walls I hit before I finally got it. The URL you provided me is different from the one you find with a google search because of the /new, it took me to a completely different page from the common EAsupport page. This needs to be made as accessible as possible.
