Hi @swykpisz
To confirm do you get the prompt on your PS5 or when you launch immortals?
If the prompt comes from immortals, can you try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
- After try fully restarting your game and console and check if the message returns.
- You can also check here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index; to make sure your resetting the password of the correctly linked EA account
If so, I would recommend reaching out to our support to take a further look at your account.
