Stuck on the train

Hi you’all, we are so frustrated because we tried passing the train that connects the grratest show to the castle?

we are playing on sony playstation 5, pressing the rectangle fast, together, not together , tried maybe 40 times and still stuck. Is this a glitch? What should be done?
