Are you on PlayStation? If so, I'm afraid the EA Play Hub app is no longer supported. You still have access to the games you normally would with an EA Play membership, but instead you would just need to find the game on the PSN store and download it from there.

EA Play on PS5 stopped working.

Hi All,

Ive been subscribed to EA Play on PS5 for a while now with no issues at all but as of today I can no longer access the list of games, it just says “Learn More” on the subscriptions page and wants me to pay again to access it as if I’m not subscribed. 
My PS account says that my subscription is running and the money has left my account but I still can’t access the list of games.

Can anyone from EA shed any light.

I merged your post into this thread since it was about the same topic. 

The EA Play Hub app is no longer supported on PlayStation. This doesn't affect which games you would have access to, but you would instead need to download them through the PSN store rather than the app.

That’s just nuts. There’s not even a way to filter for EA that I’m aware of. 

On the plus side you’ve just saved me a monthly subscription after I cancel.

So I have heard the news that ea play doesn’t work any more on PlayStation but I want to get the fifa 22 10 hour trial and I’m not sure how. If the 10 hour trial is available on PlayStation then could you please inform me how. Thanks I’m advance

You have to go to the store to download it.

I have the ea play app installed already it’s just not working, unless your talking about the 10 hour trial. In that case thanks

I’m on xbox one and my EA play app wont load up, the loading bar goes to the end and says you error looks like we’ve hit a snag.I have deleted the app and cold restart nothing changes ? Fifa 22 comes out Wednesday I need to sport this problem… ?

It worked cause I cant download fifa 22 in the store for the 10 hour trial

I have this same issue on xbox it says it's not supported 

My EA Play subscription looks like it's gone from the PS5 store. Everytime I go on there, it tells me I need to subscribe, but my subscription runs out in July 2022.

I can't even view the list of games available to download.

Has anyone else had this problem since the system update?

Purchase ea access through the psn store on the ps4 but the hub wont show on the dashboard  any help would be great

It's only the EA Play Hub app that is no longer supported. You will still have access to the same games and trials you always would through your EA Play membership. The difference is that now you would need to download the game directly from the PSN or Xbox store instead of going through the EA Play Hub app. 

Hi, but then will I still get the 10 hours early for my Fifa 22? Because in my store it says i'll have to wait until de 29th... 

Right, if you have an active EA Play membership you'll be able to access the trial once it goes live.
