@dbdndnxjs What web browser are you using? I remember using Microsoft edge to contact them via live chat before.
And also I don't work for EA so I can't make a case for you sorry.

Did you try Microsoft edge like I mentioned above?
@Hajdbd @dhdbdb944 @dbdndnxjs OK after looking around for information about this issue I've found an old forum that mention something about it. I believe that the problem is on EA's side of things not any of yours.
Here is the forum I found down below if you want to look at it for yourselves.
