Hi there, if you bought a code and you're getting an error when trying to use it, the best thing to do is reach out to EA Help. They might be able to sort it out for you. That said, it looks like the code might be invalid, so you may also need to contact the retailer you got it from to sort things out. Let us know if you have any other questions!

If you bought the code from an authorised retailer (the list in this article should help you confirm: Where to buy EA digital download games and virtual currency), then you'll be able to open a case with EA Help at help.ea.com for assistance. However, if it was purchased from an unofficial retailer, then you will need to contact them directly instead.

You can, however, also try the steps below in case they allow the code to be accepted:

Redeem your product code in your EA Account Settings

1. Go to the Payment and Wallet tab of your EA Account portal.
2. Select Redeem Product Code.
3. Type in your product code, then select Next.

Once you’ve redeemed your code, your game will appear in your account.
