I bought 'A Way Out' on Steam and tried to invite my friend via Origin but we couldn't find the 'Friend Pass' as advertised.
Does this no longer work? Do we need to own our own copies of the game to play on PC?
Please help.
Hi @curlyfriesjia - For me, in the Origin store under the purchase button, there's a button that says "Try It First". If you click that button, you should get the option to add the Friend Pass copy to your library.
Hmm, we couldn't even find the game on the Origin store. Not sure if it is available in certain countries only?

I'm not sure, I guess it could be limited to certain countries. Looking at the product detail page, it's only available in a few languages (English, Spanish, French, Portugese), so maybe that's why it's not showing for you? You could try this link: https://www.ea.com/games/a-way-out/buy and click on the "buy on Origin" button to see if brings you to a regional page.
*Edited to add: I did find a few posts from other users saying the game was unavailable in their region. This EA Help article explains that some games are not available in some regions.
