Re: EA account linking to a new Xbox Account

So, I just got off the phone with EA customer support and they told me unequivocally that I should stop wasting my time trying to sort this issue out because there is nothing that they can do. They said stop reading online forums and contacting EA support because for this issue (deleted ea account due to inactivity, note not self deleted, linked to gamer tag with a deleted email address that is permanently inaccessible) there is absolutely nothing I can do and anything I try further after our conversation is simply a waste of my time. I have absolutely no recourse to ever play an EA game with my main gamer tag ever again. I can make a new gamer tag and buy another subscription to game pass ultimate if I want to play EA games ever again. Yeah, like I am going to do that EA.

Talk about a completely broken bureaucracy. EA is such a mess of a company it is a joke.

I had almost decided to abandon this issue until I found this thread. Went through online chat as a previous poster mentioned (Had to select US site as UK wouldn't let me online chat) and it ended up being very easy.
