- @EA_Illium Unravel 2. I've tried a whole bunch of other gamea and all working fine in gamestream mode except for this game.
Sorry I thought it was in the subject line. New to these forums.

@sunsayer Thanks for the update! To check since I don't remember are you using the Geforce now app to stream the game from a server, or are you trying to stream from a device in your home and its not launching there? @EA_Illium, thank you for the reply.
- I am using an NVIDIA shield, I have used both the NIVIDIA Games app and the Moonlight Game Streaming app to gamestream.
- Both apps require activating gamestream in to the Geforce Experience app on my windows 10 computer which I have done.
- I am streaming from my PC to my TV using the NVIDIA shield.
- All other games in my steam library I have tried (20+) are able to be streamed using the two apps above.
- The exception appears to be EA games as I have tried Unravel and Unravel 2 and have the same issue.
- As all the other games in my library are working with the exception of these EA games, I suspect the issue is because Origin isn't opening when using game stream.
Normally what happens:
1. open NIVIDIA Games or Moonlight Game Streaming and connect to Steam
2. Big picture mode automatically launches and I am able to control steam via NVIDIA shield.
3. click on game to launch.
4. game launches and I can play it.
When launching Unravel 1 or Unravel 2:
1. open NIVIDIA Games or Moonlight Game Streaming and connect to Steam
2. Big picture mode automatically launches and I am able to control steam via NVIDIA shield.
3. click on game to launch.
4. game appears to launch but does nothing and returns to big picture mode in Steam.
when launching Unravel 1 or Unravel 2 without gamestream:
1. click on game to launch
2. origin opens up or if already open skips to step 3
3. game launches.
Thanks

Hi @sunsayer Thanks for the breakdown, If you do to your PC playing the game is it up and just not sending the feed to the Shield?
Also to check do you own the game on just Origin or Steam? If not have you tried adding as a non-steam game in Origin to see if it make a difference?
Hi @EA_Illium
the game is not up on the PC either. In fact, if I go to my PC and try to launch the game that way, it won't launch either. It seems as though Origin cannot launch when gamestream is active.
I purchased the game via Steam. The game shows up in my steam library.
Thanks
I've found a workaround where I add the game to the the list of games and apps in Geforce Experience/Shield/Gamestream. I need to navigate to the exe in the steams folder and add it to this list. However. when launching the game from the shield I need to go back to my computer and click on the game so that it goes to full screen and becomes the active window. When the game launches and does the Origin check, the window becomes inactive so I cannot interact with it using a controller in the shield.

@sunsayer To confirm after adding the exe into game stream were you able to play, or are you still running into not being able to use a controller?
