I’m having the same issue, waste of money at the moment. Download code and cans can’t return it or play. £45 down the drain, EA please help!!
Same problem here. When I first linked the account to play online, it succeeded and showed the online menu—I was just testing it. After that, I always get the error. I have checked EA forums, the EA Help page, and tried different things, but nothing has helped.
I am getting exactly the same issue described here, they need to fix this soon!!!!
