No, I don't use VPN.

EA_IlliumHI @liron99 Thanks for this update, we might be running into something we need to pass on for the team to be aware of.
First, can we try the following...
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Verify System Date/Time is correct
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch EA App

- @EA_Illium I am not aware of any entitlement cases with the account.
I'm not using twitter, I didn't used the chat.
I opened a regular ticket but it didn't solve the issue, I was notified there is a general issue wit all users. @EA_IlliumI think if a game is not listed for sale in a region, the EA app “hides” the game from our library even if we own it (I have not used any hide game option). My collection has 32 games but I can count only 31, pretty sure the one that’s hidden is DAI. Origin and other launchers like steam don’t do this.
