Re: EA app (NOT in Turkey) - Blank/Greyed Out Game Tiles etc. - Since May 22nd, '24
Hello everyone.
I haven't played for months, and when I started EA again, I encountered some issues.
None of my 20+ games purchased through EA App are _not_ accessible, and I can't purchase any new ones either.
(Could it be something with link to XBOX Game Pass? I have no way to check it, and my games are _not_ purchased through that app. Anyway, I cannot remove it. Neither can EA support.)
When I log into my web account, I can "see" my games without posters in the Library, without names, and I cannot start them.
Also, already installed game is empty, no name, no poster.

Unfortunately, EA support hasn't been helpful at all after three different chats and attempts.
I'm using Windows 11, the latest version, but I don't think the issue is related to that.
I even tried a fresh installation on a PC that never had EA installed, but didn't solve the problem.
I also tried on a Windows 10 machine with no success.
Also, I tried cache clan, new PCs, always the same -> empty posters in library section.
Could this be a problem with the app or the backend? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I am desperate.
