Same issue. Can't find a working solution. Have tried every install/reinstall/uninstall possible.
Actually, I can't even properly uninstall the EA app from my computer because I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but every time I go to REinstall it, it says it's already installed. I've tried Windows Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller, registry cleaning of all EA desktop entries as well as OLD ORIGIN entries (nice job, EA....you suck) and nothing has fixed this.
I've gotten it to work on rare cases or restarting the apps over and over but this is just poor coding on EA's part leaving all these pieces and parts of it's software (and even the OLD ORIGIN crap) all over my computer.
Ubisoft extension works just fine every time...and they're about to dissolve.

I also have that exact problem. Why doesn't EA try to fix the problem instead of leaving it unanswered. I paid for Xbox game pass and I would like to use all of its features

i just solved this, u can choose to search the UAC setting, and turn the setting to the bottom one, reboot your computer, it's fine

I wish this was the case, but my UAC settings have been set on "Never notify" for years.
Glad it worked for you, though.

I have the same problem, if there are so many cases why haven't they said or done anything?
