Re: EA app Can't Connect to Servers

@jigirat I've had this same issue. First time around I could get it to open and install then massive issues with downloading anything. I cleared every trace of Origin/EA App from my mac including other users/profiles. Second time around I've not been able to open the app like you described above but out of curiosity tried right clicking the app instead and it worked!
Applications > EA App > Right click > Contents > Applications > EA Launcher

Hope this helps!
I'm currently watching my games download finally!

Omg, you're a lifesaver. It finally works!! I've literally tried every other "solution" in all recent threads and nothing worked until this. Someone hire this human to work for EA, they're a genius.

@smythesbooms It's so weird because last night I tried it and it worked. But today, when I tried it again, the problem is still there. I literally don't know what to do anymore 😭

  • @ashmendes12 I’m glad it worked for you! They wouldn’t want me working for EA I just go around clicking stuff except with common sense so no deleting anything with com.apple when you’re deep diving lol

I’m at that point with my sims 3 games. I was finally able to open and download the game but now stuck in the infamous “cannot download store content” loop. EA really needs to do more extensive play testing before they release mandatory updates
