Re: Can't remove items from shopping cart in EA APP

Hi @Belthil13,

The error message in the screenshot indicates that there was a temporary problem in clearing the cart. I assume it's probably fixed by now, but in case you're still experiencing the issue, please try clearing the EA apps cache:
 

  1. Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
  2. Scroll to Help.
  3. Click App recovery.
  4. Select Clear cache.

    Hello Cuervo,

    After doing that, the issue remains. Can't remove anything.
