Can't remove items from shopping cart in EA APP
I can't checkout or remove items in the shopping cart, see attached images. I want to clear my shopping cart because I already own one of the items. Is there any other way to do this clearing?

The error message in the screenshot indicates that there was a temporary problem in clearing the cart. I assume it's probably fixed by now, but in case you're still experiencing the issue, please try clearing the EA apps cache:
- Select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
