Incorrect calculation of playtime in the game, web-app and in the Companion

Game time is displayed incorrectly - I play more than 5 matches a day, spend at least 4 hours a day in the game, and the game time statistics indicate completely different numbers, and unfortunately, they are much lower than the actual ones.

In the web version - one statistic, in the Companion - another statistic, and in the game itself - other statistic. But everywhere they are lower than the actual number of matches and the amount of time spent in the game (I provided screenshots from each application).
P.S. This week I have already played more than 30 matches.

That is, I can assume that this is another mistake on the part of the EA team, which affects the fact that my account still has not received access to the transfer market, like most other players in FC25. 
I have played more than 1200 matches in all Ultimate Team modes since October 2024.

Such incorrect statistics of my playtime indicate that I allegedly do not fulfill the minimum requirements to gain access to the transfer market in the web app and Companion. Although, as you can see from my statistics of the total number of matches played (added a screenshot from the game), this is not true, I play a large number of matches every day and follow all the recommendations for the fastest access to the market.

Please solve this problem, correct my playtime and provide access to the market, since I have fulfilled all EA requirements many times.

  • More evidence for example:
    Today (i.e. January 6, 2024) I played two matches in Champions. After some time I logged into the Web App - and there are zero matches in the statistics (I'm attaching a screenshot).

  • Yes i am having this problem since November and i have been playing the game everyday at least 7 matches to fulfill the transfer requirements and when i check the games played it tells me 2 games only and 0 minutes all of my friends got access and they don't even play as much as i do this is crazy.... did the problem solve for you ? please help

    I haven't solved it yet, I still don't have access to the market(
    I'm desperate because I can't buy a single card from the console, because they are bought by players who freely use the market in the web app(

    EA ignores my problem.

    Why are you ignoring the errors that are described by many users here on the forum, and many requests to the support chat about this problem.

    Why are you ignoring the problem? Why is there not a single response from the responsible person here. What are you taking money from users for?
    A fraudulent company, nothing more to add.
