Every time I try to log into my FC companion app, I’ve just been stuck on the white loop for the last 3 days. I’ve been on vacation out in the woods, but even now that I’m out, I’ve been on 5G+ and still haven’t been able to log on, I’m starting to think it’s not a connection issue. (The image below has been spinning for hours, both in the app and the browser, I’ve reset my cache, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, played around with my connected ex. VPN. Hi EA Support, I'm not able to connect to Ultimate team from April 1st. My connection is fine, playstation network is signed in and other games are working fine. Getting the same error message, after like 10 mins in loading the main menu, I receive an error message entering into Ultimate team. It's been 4 days, have missed on rewards, evolutions and objectives. Objectives bugged
Hey there, when the most recent season started on FC 25 I completed the weekly objectives but had not got my FUT birthday pack until the next week when I completed it again. It says I only completed it once but have done so for the past 3 weeks and now I should be getting my Immortals pack but still am currently getting my Dreamchasers pack. Any chance I would be able to get the compensation for it? HUUUGE LAG / Freeze when playing offline after update 12!!
Before update 12, there were little stutters but acceptable. After update 12, the game just lag the **bleep** out during game play, it's not like constant but more like sudden lag / freeze. I get stable 100+fps but it just somehow freeze the **bleep** out. Never encounter lag or freeze (5-10sec per freeze) this BAD in my 10+ years of playing time, and I play kick-off mode ONLY!!! FFS EA fix this ASAP okay? Game not even playable at this point! Initially I played the game from Steam using my friend's account, then I bought the game from EA App. I uninstalled it from Steam first then I download it again from EA App, but I cannot start the game as there's only greyed out Download button and a warning icon saying I have to uninstall steam version to launch.14Views0likes0CommentsPerte de paquets constant
Bonjour, Je me permets de vous d’écrire ces quelques lignes à cause d’un problème qui est récurent depuis un moment maintenant. Des le début de mes matchs en ligne, j’aperçois le logo de perte de paquets en haut de mon écran. Je ne comprends pas comment cela est possible. Je possède une bonne connexion internet et je suis en filaire. J’ai effectué tout les changements de paramètres de mon possible mais rien n’y fait. J’ai un décalage entre le moment où j’appuie sur la manette et ce qui est réaliser à l’ecran. Et t’il possible de changer de serveur sur lesquels je joue ou autre ? I want to report an error in my account when playing in my ultimate team matches, I was about to start the game and automatically I lost 5 games in a row because it said that an error of the application and the game was closed.
