I get a black screen while playing online games (friendlies, champs and rivals)
I get a black screen while playing online matches on EAFC 25. I'm playing on a PS5. Once there's a black screen I'm forced to close and restart the game but once I do that, I get a dnf and thereby am not able to complete any objectives and get rewards. It's either this or whenever I get connected into an online match, the screen freezes before the lineups or during the lineups and it says "you've lost your connection with your opponent" and it comes out of the match. Hi, My Transfer market on FC25 Web App were open during Early Access, however once game went to full release, my FC Web App market suddenly change to "this account has not yet earned access to transfer market" . May i know what has happen here, i play games frequently every single day, rivals, rush, i play even manager career mode. Im buying and selling players, i do all objectives, why my Web App change to "not yet earned". Please help this since quite frustrating. I haven’t been able to access UT for the past couple of days (on Xbox Series X) and lost access to the companion app as of today. Confirmed with EA Help that my account is in good standing and went through the network troubleshooting steps they provided. Also contacted my internet service provider and confirmed no issues with them either. EA Help said other users are experiencing this issue, but overall server status is still marked as green. the game keeps kicking me out of the game, whenever i play squad battles. It always happens in squad battles when i score a goal, just after the goal, the game freezes and shuts down completely. Whenever I tried to open FC 25 on my PC, everything looks fine until the load game file window. As soon as I proceed, I see only solid colors instead of a clear picture. Whenever I start the game after the update it ask me to load my personal settings. Then after doing that my screen goes crazy with a bunch of diffrent colors and then 10 seconds later is completely green. I feel like though it is loading the colors of the start up but not showing the picture. Are EA just giving the people with delay the rewards as it's impossible to win, if EA could explain how it would be possible with the player with delay to do anything in the match please let me know how? My opponents just pull me down as my players are all slower and I can't pull down the opponents as my players are to slow to get near them. Refund for a game mode we can't play? Played 10 lost 10 but it doesn't matter how good anyone is it's impossible to win a match if one player has delay and the other doesn't with no rules. It's actually hard to believe how stupid EA are. Hello EA Team, I am experiencing severe performance issues while playing EA FC 25, despite my system meeting the minimum requirements. These issues significantly impact the gameplay experience, especially in online modes. My main problems: Stuttering – The game frequently stutters, making smooth gameplay impossible. Freezes – During matches, I experience random freezes lasting a second or more, which heavily affects my reaction time and overall gameplay. Player Movement Bug – When changing a player’s movement direction, they often continue in the previous direction instead. During this moment, I am unable to switch to another player, making it extremely frustrating to play. I want to highlight that EA FC 24 ran almost perfectly on the same system, despite having the same minimum requirements. For 72 hours now, I have been trying to get in touch with the EA Support team to address this issue that seems to only be affecting my account. The web app can’t be logged into, nor can the console version for any of the modes that include online modes I’ve tried reinstalling the game, provisioning the licenses, changing WIfi settings, unlinking and relinking my EA Account with my PSN, changing password, re-verifying login, and still have zero answers or movement on being able to log in. there are also no bans listed on my account, and the last thing I did was back on Thursday/Friday when I logged into the web app and did some sbcs. please help, this has been a very hard weekend and really would just love access to this game!43Views0likes1CommentCan't connect/frequently disconnecting on BT/EE internet
I have contacted EE technical team myself and spoke to team leader as they claimed everything is perfectly fine with Internet to begin with. That is true because what they are testing for is not this exact issue with eafc 25 ultimate team, but the Internet in general. I fully explained the situation to the team leader including some of the techy things you guys been saying. The leader finally agreed that it's a posibility on EE/BT side (we all know it is) so they are going to send this information higher up to another team so fingers crossed this helps a little bit I encourage others to also contact ee/bt. Great that nepenthez has tweeted also should speed up process. I think the major issue here is the acknowledgement of the issue from the company's as there testing is very generic and this is a very random issue.
