Career Mode BUG: Youth Scout reports show wrong players or “null” (PS5)
This bug is seriously breaking Career Mode. When using more than one Youth Scout, all scouts DO return their reports, but: Only the first scout’s report can be viewed correctly. Opening the 2nd or 3rd scout report: Shows the players from the first scout again, or Displays a “null” message. This makes managing the Youth Academy unreliable and frustrating, especially in long-term saves. Expected behavior: Each Youth Scout report should display its own unique list of players. Actual behavior: Reports are duplicated or unreadable. Frequency: Happens every time or very frequently. Temporary workaround: Using only ONE scout at a time, which defeats the purpose of having multiple scouts. ⚠️ This is NOT a visual glitch. It’s a functional bug that directly affects Career Mode progression. Hello all, please help with this issue. On Playstation 5 I used FIFA 22 for years without problems. Now I just purchased the FC25 and can't login to my account. On Playstation5 I have a separate account for me and my son. The son account is defined in PS settings as a "child account" of mine. On ea.com we also have separate accounts but not defined as parent-child (and I would like to keep it that way). On ea.com settings I unlinked my ea.com account from my Playstation account. On ea.com settings I linked my son's ea.com account to his Playstation account. When logging in from the site everything seems ok. When logging in from the Playstation to play it gives an error message: "Unable to Login, We cannot complete this action at this time. I haven't tried playing FC25 for almost a year. Recently, I thought since there's not gonna be any more update, maybe I can finally play this game. Well, still no. The same problems, the same Denovo and Javelin god dang problem, classic EA and his sorrya*s anticheat program - It cashes everytime I launch this game. this might be the only game company on the planet that uses anti-cheating measures that prevent the game from being played but fails to provide any solutions. At first, there were still employees contacting me, but soon they gave up. And now, I haven't seen any employee trying to contact players in this forum. I even posted the complete crash log in the forum. So what's their excuse? The money I spent on FC25 was flushed down the drain, but I think it was worth it because I learned a lesson. I will never spend a penny on this EA **bleep** company again. 🙄🙄Servers in north India
Dear EA Sports Team, I am writing to you on behalf of a large and passionate segment of the Indian EA FC community — particularly from North India — to urgently request the addition of dedicated EA FC servers in Delhi or surrounding regions. As loyal players of EA FC, we have deep appreciation for the efforts you’ve made in expanding the server network globally. The addition of a server in Mumbai was a step in the right direction. However, millions of players across North India (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, etc.) continue to face high latency, inconsistent gameplay, and a frustrating online experience, even with high-speed internet and proper setups. 30–60 ms ping, even on 600 Mbps fiber connections with LAN. Gameplay feels delayed, sluggish, and unresponsive, especially in competitive modes like FUT Champions and Division Rivals. Players often face opponents with far better server access (e.g. from Mumbai, Singapore, or UAE), giving them an unfair advantage. North India has over 400 million+ population, and a massive base of FIFA/FC players — many of whom are active in FUT and purchase FC Points regularly. Many of us are willing to promote EA FC more actively if our gameplay experience improves. We’re ready to support EA FC 26 and beyond with stronger community participation, spending, and content creation. Thank you for your time and commitment to your community. The games gets stuck on "updating online roster" for a while then on "checking for content update" for a while then on "downloading live fixtures" and after all of that no online modes work fut or clubs or anything. Tried clearing cache for the ea app and restarting the game, removing profile, restarting pc, restarting modem. Hello, I’ve been dealing with an issue where EA SPORTS FC 25 won’t launch at all. The game shows the black splash screen with the FC25 logo, then immediately closes and returns me to the EA App without any error message or crash report. Here’s what I’ve tried (all with no success): Completely formatted my PC and installed a clean Windows version., Removed any software that could interfere with EA AntiCheat., Created a brand-new EA account and linked it to Steam., Cleared EA App cache., Deleted all EA and FC25-related folders from AppData (Local, Roaming), ProgramData, Documents, and Temp., Uninstalled and reinstalled the game (on both Steam and EA App)., Verified game files multiple times., Tried using a VPN to change IP/location., Performed a clean boot (disabled all non-Microsoft services and startup apps)., Updated all drivers and ran both Steam and EA App as administrator., Made sure no suspicious or background apps are running., Also tried uninstalling EA AntiCheat, reinstalling it manually, and using the Repair option — no improvement., My PC is powerful and more than capable of running the game. I used to play both EA SPORTS FC 24 and FC 25 on the highest settings with excellent performance and zero issues — until this problem started. Despite all of this, the game still won’t launch. It just closes after the splash screen and dumps me back to the EA App without any explanation. At this point, I suspect that my system may have been incorrectly flagged by EA AntiCheat, even though my setup is 100% clean and compliant now. Please, could someone from the EA team help investigate if there's a false hardware flag or any AntiCheat-related block preventing the game from launching? Hello EA Community / EA Support, I am experiencing severe and unplayable lag in all online modes of EA Sports FC 25. Offline gameplay works perfectly fine. I permanently reside in Punjab, India. I have tested multiple ISPs, LAN connection, DNS changes, cache clearing, reinstallations, and all recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists. I ran a traceroute to EA servers (easo.ea.com / 159.153.71.17). The traceroute clearly shows that my connection is being routed from India to servers in the United States (Washington DC – Zayo network), resulting in latency between 350 ms and 500 ms. Because of this routing, EA FC 25 online modes are completely unplayable from my location. Important detail: The game was purchased on my EA account by a friend while he was in the USA/Canada region. Due to this, my EA FC 25 entitlement appears to be incorrectly tagged to the North America region, even though I live permanently in India.
