Ea FC 25 opens as Showcase mode since the newest update
So I bought EA FC 25 on Steam about a week before the release of the game. Everything was fine until the newest patch update that happened 5th December 2024. Now every time I enter the game it opens as Showcase mode with an upgrade button on bottom of my options. It’s been about 2 weeks and still nothing. Paid for the game that I can’t play. Tried the EA support many times but they gave me some random technical support such as restart your router or reinstall the game and it all gave nothing.
FC25 Corrupt Manager Career Save
Hello- Long time FC player, have a lot of hours into 25 already, primarily in a single save in manager career mode. Recently I was experiencing a crashing issue / menu bug, I read online that the best way to fix this was to delete / reset my settings file. So I did this and it fixed the menu and crashing issue. However, it seems to have corrupted my Manager Career Mode save. I had 3 in total (RBNY, LCFC & Cambridge) the Cambridge being the one with the most hours / most active. Unfortunately for me, when I go to load them, the RBNY and LCFC ones load with no issue but the Cambridge one prompts me to select a new manager, etc and wants me to start over entirely and won’t load from the last save. I’ve tried EVERYTHING under the sun, at this point I am super desperate as I’ve sunk a LOT of time into this save and don’t want to lose it. Any help here? Thanks-
No vibrations on Xbox controller
I cannot get any haptics/vibrations to work when playing EA FC 25 on my Xbox Series X. It is a brand new console. The controller is also brand new. I have also tried on a spare controller I have. The controller and console have been updated with the latest software, the game is also up to date. The vibration setting has been switched on for the controller in the Xbox menu, I can’t see an in game option to turn vibrations on/off. When I test vibrations outside of the game in the Xbox menu the controller vibrates, so the issue is seemingly with the game. Anything I can do to fix this? The game is kind of unplayable without it as you lose all depth.
Dameon Tools error
As in the attachment, the game refuses to start due to daemon tools running at the same time... I do not have daemon tools. I have rewasd. But anyways i disable it's processes and even then the game refuses to work. I have contacted help many times but all they do is say thank you for contacting us... Is there anybody out there who experienced the same issue? any solutions? What are the processes that the game doesn't want to run with? so i can disable all and try. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with FIFA 25 Ultimate Team. During my gameplay sessions, the game frequently freezes and then kicks me out of the match entirely and counts as a loss even though I'm winning before the game freezes and kicks me out. This happens consistently while playing Ultimate Team, and I have verified that my internet connection is stable and works perfectly fine with other online games and services. My internet is fine as it works well on every other game except for fc25. This issue has made the game completely unplayable and unenjoyable. The constant freezing and disconnecting are ruining my experience, and it’s extremely frustrating, especially considering the amount of time and effort I’ve put into building my team and progressing in the game. Every match feels like a gamble, and it’s becoming impossible to enjoy the game as a result.HITTING THE CROSS BAR GLITCH
I don't understand what is wrong with EA FC ??? I hit the post more than I score ! This is very frustrating and not realistic ! I understand the game should be challenging but this is utterly frustrating to play and not enjoyable. If this isnt addressed in ea fc 26 then consider me waiting for the next release instead - really frustrating ! In one game it's like I have hit the post over 8 times. Hitting the cross bar is random , usually occurs at maybe once or twice in a game , but not every single shot ! Overpowered keepers plus ricochet bouncy shots and hitting the post makes this game very unenjoyable. You also make it difficult to address issues like this - that is also why improvements in this game take so long to get addressed.Your oponent has disconnected - Match Result Under Review - chronic problem
I have just had the worst case of a disconnect on PS5. I have had multiple errors with the opponent disconnecting - match result under review screen - and no award of a result. I am playing on PS5. i have played this lunchtime, had 3 disconnects, one draw and one loss (funnily it rarely disconnects when I am losing) In Rivals I have just had the disconnect after a 91st minute winning goal in a 4 - 3 win and the final whistle had gone (having just lost the previous game to a last minute goal with no disconnect). How can that be? The game is over so how can a disconnect matter? I have strong wifi so it cannot be my issue. This problem has been chronic for the last week or so. Hello, I've encountered a problem with the manager career in EA FC 25. I've played five seasons, but now when I try to open a save, the game behaves as if I'm creating a new career. I sent this save to a friend, and he's experiencing the same issue. I'm attaching a video of the problem and the career save file. Can you launch this career save? (convert from txt to default file)

I'm a korean who love this game. I logged into the EA app to play a game for the first time in a while. But my fc25 was gone... When I click the shortcut icon, it says I don't have permission to use it and that it's a file installed by another user. I clearly bought, played, and paid for the game. Only Battlefield 1 appears in my inventory. Did I get hacked? Or is this a mistake on EA's part? If anyone knows, please let me know.
Inverted Left Joystick
First of, I'm using a switch pro controller that works perfectly fine with other games and even other football games, and I have no drivers problems either. This issue happens with both fc24 and 25, which only leads me to believe its an ea moment.. I've tried almost everything I've seen online, I tried a different controller that I borrowed from a friend, I tried putting both the ea app and fc24/25 on steam as a "non-steam game", I've tried 3rd party apps but some don't work and the ones that look promising, clash with the game and it tells me that I cannot open the game with those apps open, I've tried every possible setting in both steam, ea app, and the games themselves, I've tried to remap the controllers with both 3rd party apps and the windows options... Except praying to some machine god or bought a new 60€ controller for the 70€ game, I've tried literally everything I could try, and from the bottom of my heart and after many many years of playing ea games, I plead you all get your sh*t together please. I don't even expect my problem to be solved, but at least I'll vent and hopefully someone 5 years from now will find this all at least a lil bit funny...
3 files failed to validate" and Game Performance - EA SPORT FC 25
I am experiencing a persistent issue with EA SPORT FC 25, purchased through Steam. Every time I verify the game files after exiting, it reports "3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired." This issue occurs consistently, even after I have attempted various troubleshooting steps. Additionally, the game lags significantly, especially during, making it difficult to enjoy the game. Here are my system specifications: - OS: Windows 11 latest version - GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4060 (notebook, driver version 566.36 - CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 - RAM: 32GB - Storage: SSD 439 GB free Steps I have taken to resolve the issue: 1. Verified game file integrity multiple times (problem persists after validation). 2. Reinstalled both the game and Steam. 3. Moved the game installation to a different SSD drive. 4. Disabled all overlays (Steam Overlay, GeForce Experience) and closed background programs. 5. Tested the game without mods or online play. The problem occurs every time I exit the game and verify the files. I suspect this issue may be related to temporary files, the Steam validation process, or specific game configurations that are not being stored properly. Thank you for your assistance
