EA - Ban appeal process is broken
It seems that the TOS team has no accountability. Look at case #200839587. The original ban provided provided no justification on why a newly created account with a newly purchased game (FC25) from a customer that hasn't even played 20 games in total (XBOX only) was given a full ban. When a ban appealed case was submitted as directed by the KB articles, the request was simply "Declined" in less than 24 hours with no explanation on which term in the Terms of Service was violated nor why the review concluded that the ban was justified. According to EA's own KB article, account bans are reserved for egregious violations of the TOS. This means the EA agents should easily be able to justify the ban. However, the obvious customer to company (EA) service expectation ( to receive clear communication) is not what is being experienced. The designed review process provides no way for a customers escalate the escalation, no live agent to provide any level of detail of the review, and no phone number to call. From this end, it seems that agents can blatantly auto close their assigned ticket without a thorough review, which is what they are being paid to do. This process also creates a customer perspective that no accountability exists to these agents. Knowing how traditional help-desk jobs work, if agents "Decline" customer requests it will create an illusion that they are good workers with an amazing ticket closure rates. This is typically a metric that is rewarded and therefore highly incentivized by the workforce. This is why it seems that the currently implemented system is fundamentally flawed and should be reviewed by leadership within EA. This business model is NOT the way new customers should be treated. Hi EA I have a problem with my clubs in FC 25,I don’t know if it’s a bug or an internet issue but for some reason I don’t know why my XP bar doesn't continue it always restarts from the beginning,everytime I try to level up after a game like for example, if I try to reach level 95 and I’m in level 94,I level up half way then after a game the XP bar just restarts from the beginning it dosent continue from where I stopped leveling up and it’s affecting my game I can’t seem to get out of level 94 I’m stuck there ,So please EA I have a feeling this is a bug issue I hope you guys can fix it.I added two attachments photos as proof the I just can’t get out of level 94 and I had really good ratings in the two games.4Views0likes0CommentsPlay keep disappearing just as the online game starts
Sorry mates, but I’m having a challenge: I use Barca for my online season, and I discovered that at some point a player goes missing. 99% of the times it’s Lewandowski… he just disappears from the team. After I noticed it, I started new games specifically to note when it happens, and I just notice him strut away from the pitch then eventually disappears… My formation automatically reshapes, even the commentators say I’m a man down. When I pause the game, the formation shows Lewandowski in corner of the pitch behind Balde, but when I restart he’s nowhere once more… most times I get to quit as everything just goes south from there… the last two times I tried not to quit, the games suggested Lewandowski as a substitute for Olmo. I have cleared cache, re downloaded game, settings, team. Nothing has worked. At this point, I think I’m the game now, and AI is being entertained. My internet is fine. Speed is between 700-1G. Platform: PC (also affecting teammates on PS5 but just says your club has forfeited) Game Mode: EA FC 25 Clubs Description: While playing Clubs, we keep getting disconnected mid-match or right after kickoff with the error message: “An error has occurred – You are no longer synced with the online match.” It instantly sends everyone back to the main menu. It’s happening to multiple teammates at the same time, not just one player. EA Anticheat Error I bought the game a week ago and tried all fixes and none of them are working, and it even did the same error for my FC 24. Everytime i try to load the game up, I get this message as seen in the files connected: ea anticheat service encountered a system error please run the ea anticheat service installer invalid game directory. Hello, I have completed 20/20 'Ultimate Team 25 Finale' objectives which should provide 30,000 SP in order to complete the 'Season Finale' pass [so that I can unlock the trophy 'One season, wonderful!' to platinum the game] - but have only been provided with 22,500 SP. I reached out to EA Help via a case who could not help, and advised to wait 24-48 hours. I can see others have reported this days - and even weeks - ago. I am missing 7,500 SP. My account is stuck in a "Soft-Lock" state. Every time I attempt to open the "Glorious Eras" pack, the game crashes with UNKNOWN ERROR [10000]. I have already performed all client-side troubleshooting: Cleared Cache/Reinstalled 7 times. Switched from WiFi to Mobile Data (5G). Confirmed "Guest Account" works perfectly on the same device (ruling out connection issues). Verified inventory is not full (800/1200 items). The issue is server-side on my specific account. Hi there, Can someone help me? Currently, my EA FC can't be booted. Stuck on the splash screen and showing EA anti-cheat error (7) (2). Already run the game on admin and install/uninstall the EA Anti-cheat. Already did : 1. Run admin 2. Anti-virus exclude 3. update graphics card 4. Yet another weekend of issues with your servers. Done all the stuff as per your help indicates, clear cache, re start router etc, even deleted the game and re installed. Yet same old ea, can't connect to servers, even when it does it lasts 5 minutes if lucky..when it does connect for 5 minutes , rush is impossible to play anyway, can't control the player as the gameplay is lagging like hell. Nothing works properly in this game... If I could get a refund I would..waste of time and money. Being constructive this time politely as to avoiding a telling off .. Whenever I launch EA FC25 the first window works normally (starting EA Anticheat, checking for updates, etc). When the second window appears the actual game it’s completely black. The default windows title bar briefly shows “EA FC25” then disappears. The window closes and I’m returned to the EA app with no error message. Hi, When I try to launch the game, it now loads much slower than before. After a while it finally brings me to the account selection screen, but as soon as I select my account and click continue, the game shows a green screen and my monitor flashes, then the game closes.I reinstalled the game multiple times, tried DirectX 11, DirectX 12, windowed and fullscreen modes—none of them worked. I also fully removed my GPU drivers using DDU and did a clean installation of the latest NVIDIA driver. I repaired both the game and the EA app several times, but nothing has changed I kindly ask for your quick assistance with this issue.
