First of, I'm using a switch pro controller that works perfectly fine with other games and even other football games, and I have no drivers problems either. This issue happens with both fc24 and 25, which only leads me to believe its an ea moment.. I've tried almost everything I've seen online, I tried a different controller that I borrowed from a friend, I tried putting both the ea app and fc24/25 on steam as a "non-steam game", I've tried 3rd party apps but some don't work and the ones that look promising, clash with the game and it tells me that I cannot open the game with those apps open, I've tried every possible setting in both steam, ea app, and the games themselves, I've tried to remap the controllers with both 3rd party apps and the windows options... Except praying to some machine god or bought a new 60€ controller for the 70€ game, I've tried literally everything I could try, and from the bottom of my heart and after many many years of playing ea games, I plead you all get your sh*t together please. I play FC25 on PC with an MSI RTX 4070 8GB and an i9 14500HX processor. My screen is 240Hz, but I'm only getting 60Hz, and I can't change it. What's the reason for this? Hi everyone. I’m trying to upgrade to Ultimate Team in FC25 but I keep getting a message that the store isn’t available at the moment and to try again later. This has been the same for the last few days. I have read there has been a wave of unfair bans and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this from EA… 2 weeks ago I was suddenly banned from the transfer market in FC25 while playing in Ultimate team. I haven’t played the game for around 2 months then came back to it and to my surprise a few of the players I had bought earlier in the season had gone considerably up in value so I made a few trades. I always use FUTBIN as a reference for values and have done for the last few years so traded a few of the players in that had increased. I suddenly All received email that said that I was banned from the trading for the following: We noticed that your EA SPORTS FC™ Account has been involved with Coin distribution, which breaks our rules. YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BANNED FROM THE FOOTBALL ULTIMATE TEAM™ TRANSFER MARKETHERE'S WHY:You can earn EA SPORTS FC™ Coins by playing Football Ultimate Team™ and by trading within the Transfer Market, but you can't purchase Coins or have Coins transferred between accounts. Buying or selling Coins through a third-party is against our rules. This means that you or your account is suspected of participating in the purchase of a Football Ultimate Team™ item for the purpose of transferring Coins or Football Ultimate Team™ items from one account to another. Giving away Coins is also against the rules, for example, in exchange for promises, favors, or for other purposes outside of the game which is considered to be Coin trading. If you participate in a giveaway, you may be putting your account at risk by exposing your account to stolen or illegitimately generated Coins.YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE TRANSFER MARKET ON ANY PLATFORM FOR THE CURRENT EA SPORTS FC™ TITLE. I replied to say I had done nothing wrong, I have never distributed coins and would no idea how to do this… I then get the following… We have confirmed that your account was involved in Ultimate Team™ Coin distribution. Coin distribution is against our rules. Because of this, we will not remove the restrictions on your EA SPORTS FC™ Account. You break our rules if you: • Engage in coin distribution • Buy Coins • Sell Coins I have never done any of the above so I don’t understand how they can say this has been fully investigated and will not give me an explanation? For a game we all pay a lot of money for to be suddenly banned is completely unacceptable. I rarely buy packs but I do occasionally. My whole team is worth less than 700,000 coins which is less than the value of 1 player in most the teams I compete against. I play on a PS5 with a 1000/1000 Mbit/s connection and consistently achieve a connection score of 95+% according to your own metrics. Everything is connected via LAN cable. The game has become completely unplayable. I've been playing since December, and although there were rare moments when it worked acceptably, those were exceptions. Player commands via the controller are delayed or ignored entirely, passes are unreliable and often go in completely unintended directions, and it takes a miracle to make a player with the ball sprint. Overall, the player movement is choppy, and animations fail to load correctly. It seems there is a serious issue with optimization or synchronization that breaks the core gameplay. In competitive modes like FUT Champions, skill becomes irrelevant — the winner is often the one with slightly better gameplay conditions. What’s also puzzling is that sometimes the gameplay conditions differ significantly between players — I may experience lag and sluggish controls while my opponent plays smoothly, even though crossplay is disabled. Other times, both sides seem to suffer from poor responsiveness, suggesting broader synchronization or performance issues. I have ensured the game is always fully updated, and I have also performed multiple clean reinstalls — not only of the game itself but also of the entire PS5 system software. I’ve tested different PS5 consoles, multiple controllers, a separate internet connection with a different ISP, and even another monitor. The issue remains unchanged. Can you investigate and fix this issue, which clearly affects many players? Or should I proceed with a refund request under EU Directive 2019/770, which states: Digital content must be functional, compatible, and suitable for normal use. If it is defective (e.g., poor performance, serious bugs, or unplayability), the consumer is entitled to a repair, price reduction, or refund. Please let me know when this issue is expected to be fixed or how I should proceed. Hello friends, I was playing FC 25 in Manager Mode and noticed something strange. When you create your own club and select a stadium, the capacity stays stuck at around 5,000 no matter what, and it doesn’t increase. Even if you change the stadium, as the game goes on it keeps showing as a negative impact on the budget and messes up the simulation. Is there any solution for this? created player limit on fc25/24
I want to create many players for a tournament but without a glitch or game crash. I've done this on Fifa 22 created 200+ players but sometimes my matches would glitch and crash. Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. Since the latest update, my FC 25 game keeps crashing every time I try to play. Before the update, everything was working fine, but now I can't even get though a match without the game closing by itself. I've tired restarting my system, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game, but nothing works. This issue is making the game completely unplayable and I've seen other players reporting the same problem. EA, please look into this and provide a fix ASAP!. EA AntiCheat error ( 7 ) ( 1) and Dumping error #4: C0000210
What in the bleep is going on with Javelin AntiCheat, my FC25 has been running into this errors for weeks and I cant find any solution. I reinstalled Javelin, FC25 and EA... I evens reset my computer and nothing seems to be working. I also noticed when I start up the game in the (C:\Program Files\EA\AC) folder 2 files appears then instantly disappears. These two files are constantly disappearing. I tried to copy them to a new folder and then its just like it doesn't exist.EA FC 25 keeps crashing right after Launch
EA FC 25 crashes immediately after launch and does not reach the splash screen or main menu. The game closes to desktop without any error message. All standard troubleshooting steps have already been completed including Windows being fully updated, Windows Defender and antivirus checked and temporarily disabled, graphics drivers fully updated with a clean install, running the game as Administrator, Steam Overlay disabled, background applications closed, EA App installed, running and logged in properly, EA App reinstalled, Visual C++ Redistributables x64 and x86 reinstalled, and Steam game file integrity verified multiple times. A consistent issue occurs during Steam’s Verify Integrity of Game Files process where Steam always reports that 3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired. Steam successfully reacquires these files, but the same message appears every time verification is run and the game still crashes immediately after launch. This indicates a recurring file mismatch or corruption that is not being permanently resolved. Possible causes include an EA App and Steam integration failure, EA AntiCheat failing to initialize correctly, DRM or permission issues preventing proper file replacement, or a configuration or shader cache regeneration loop. Current behavior remains unchanged, with launching the game resulting in a brief loading attempt followed by an instant crash to desktop and no crash logs or error prompts shown. The issue persists even after reinstalling the game and verifying files. This does not appear to be a basic system, driver, or antivirus issue, and the repeated file validation failure combined with immediate crashing suggests a deeper EA FC 25, EA App, or AntiCheat related problem on the Steam version.44Views0likes0CommentsEA - Ban appeal process is broken
It seems that the TOS team has no accountability. Look at case #200839587. The original ban provided provided no justification on why a newly created account with a newly purchased game (FC25) from a customer that hasn't even played 20 games in total (XBOX only) was given a full ban. When a ban appealed case was submitted as directed by the KB articles, the request was simply "Declined" in less than 24 hours with no explanation on which term in the Terms of Service was violated nor why the review concluded that the ban was justified. According to EA's own KB article, account bans are reserved for egregious violations of the TOS. This means the EA agents should easily be able to justify the ban. However, the obvious customer to company (EA) service expectation ( to receive clear communication) is not what is being experienced. The designed review process provides no way for a customers escalate the escalation, no live agent to provide any level of detail of the review, and no phone number to call. From this end, it seems that agents can blatantly auto close their assigned ticket without a thorough review, which is what they are being paid to do. This process also creates a customer perspective that no accountability exists to these agents. Knowing how traditional help-desk jobs work, if agents "Decline" customer requests it will create an illusion that they are good workers with an amazing ticket closure rates. This is typically a metric that is rewarded and therefore highly incentivized by the workforce. This is why it seems that the currently implemented system is fundamentally flawed and should be reviewed by leadership within EA. This business model is NOT the way new customers should be treated. The system seems to be broken and should be reviewed so greater guardrails can be put into place to create a fair and balanced set of processes and to require clear and concise communication standards.6KViews2likes3Comments
