EA Javelin Anticheat. Event ID: 1000 FC 25 Crashing During Gameplay
I just installed this game and ever since I've been unable to finish a single match. Keeps crashing mid game. The Event viewer says the source is EA Javelin Anticheat. Event ID is 1000. I tried various solutions I've read and seen online, nothing seems to be working. It's very frustrating. I’m hoping someone can help me out because I’ve hit a dead end with standard support. I purchased the full version of EA Sports FC 25 (Standard Edition) on my Xbox Series s but my game menu is permanently stuck in the "Trial" version (showing only Kick Off, Clubs, etc., with Career Mode locked). I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting: I’ve cleared the "Reserved Space" and my console’s cache. I’ve performed multiple hard power cycles ( 10 Second hold). I’ve removed and re-added my Xbox profile to force a license sync. I’ve verified my Microsoft Order History, which shows the purchase as "Completed." The issue is that I have a strict data limit, so I cannot uninstall and re-download the full 50 GB game again. It seems like my EA account is still holding onto a "Trial" entitlement flag from a previous subscription (or EA Play trial), which is overriding my full-game license. Could someone please check my account entitlements and see if there’s a way to refresh my account status server-side? Input Completely Unresponsive in Online Matches (Keyboard and Controller)
I’m experiencing a serious issue in FIFA 25 during online matches (Rivals, Champions, and Online Friendlies). Specifically: During online matches, both my controller and keyboard inputs are completely unresponsive — the left joystick appears “locked” to the far left, and no movement commands register. In other modes such as menus and offline matches (against AI), input devices work perfectly. I have tried multiple controllers and keyboards; the problem persists regardless of hardware. I have also reinstalled the game, reset input settings, and tested on a clean network with no success. This problem only occurs during online competitive matches, suggesting it might be related to server synchronization or an account-related restriction. Network connection is stable, and no firewall or background software is interfering. Using the same account on another device (if applicable) would help confirm whether the issue is account-specific. Could you please investigate whether my account or the server has any restrictions or errors causing input lock during online matches? This achievement is unobtainable or at least heavily bugged and missable! Since September, if you play the game normally and complete the quests, you will always reach a dead end and there will be no new quests to compensate for this. If you don't adhere to precisely timed, completely absurd slowdown mechanics that no one can know about, sooner or later you will get stuck. From that moment on, the achievement is 100 % unobtainable! There are several posts about this on here and on reddit for example. Why is EA not taking any action? This problem/bug has existed since September 2025 and has not been fixed! Even writing multiple tickets didn't change anything for me. In the support chat, they just keep saying, "We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed!" But when? EA should be aware that we are paying customers and that this problem would be so easy to solve! Just add a handful of new quests for SP and everything would be fine. Why is the problem being ignored? EA should also be aware that there are people who care about the 100 % achievements and platinum trophies. People who started later and use EA Play (i.e., paying customers again) who are now locked out for good! Just because they might have leveled up too quickly once and 20 quests were exactly enough, and it was calculated so extremely tightly! The whole thing is getting ridiculous! Such an extremely long final season with the same problem. Just help us! There is no reason not to! There's no reason to ignore this bug! There is no reason to leave us alone with this. Dear EA Support, As shown in the attached video, I was playing Seasons Co-op with a friend when our opponent quit the match. This situation should have resulted in a win for us, but instead, the game incorrectly registered it as a loss. Hello, since the last couple of days i have the issue that i do not see any controls in the FC 25 menu. I play on PC and when i start the game I have a blackscreen which disappears when i press a. Then I see the menu where I normally can selected the gamemode, settings, etc. Those things are missing and I only see the background (as shown in the attachment). I can select an gamemode anyways but i tried to enter the ultimate team and there was again only the background. I tried to start a game but the game crashed. When I start the game or close it I often get errors about the EA cloud. Furthermore the EA Error Report app also doesn't work. I wanted to report this problem via the EA Error Report app multiple times but i got an error everytime I submited it. When i win a game it does not give me the points after the game nor the rank up. Also when it comes to collecting objectives ive completed which it sais on my right top of my screen there is nothing to collect. The people that decide the OBJ are, let's say, not very good at their job. Just got disconnected 3 times in the South American League, an objective that requires you to win 60% of your games in order to complete the OBJ. That's 12 wins in 20 games and now 3 of them, or 15%, are gone due to EA servers being crap. And it's not like I lost my internet connection or even my connection to PSN, nope it was JUST EA servers. The first two happened even before kickoff, got past the team screen and then nothing. the third one was at halftime as I was leading 1-0. Of course those disconnects were promptly followed by EA's disconnection threat (sorry "disconnection warning") about not "leaving" games. Whoever decided the 12 wins out of 20 needs to get fired NOW! I basically made my EA account in like 2017 using my school email like a donkey, which then got deactivated. Until like november of 2024 i never had issues as I had the same PS4 so i never really had to login to EAFC at all, but I got a PS5 in november, and from then til a few days ago, everytime I logged into EAFC, I had to input an email to send a verification code to. A couple days ago, it randomly removed that option for me to input an email and now it only sends the code to my old email, which I obviously don't have access to. I have tried using EA Help so many times and everytime they're useless. They keep asking me for when the last time I logged into my EA account was, and obviously I have no idea and they keep asking for information I wont have access to due to it being on my old account, from 2017. I have a really good team on eafc and don't want to lose it, as myself and my little brother and cousins always play on it. Does anyone know how to help? Please reach out. Since the last update, whenever my opponent rage quits a seasons online match it does not reflect in my win record, neither do i get the three points for winning. Whereas if i quit game in between, i lose the points, That is so unfair and frustrating, Happened to me atleast 6-7 times. This is actually stupid. You cannot create any more players for some reason, yet for 90% of the players use that feature alot and it's how they place the game.
