Re: FC 25 Stutter, FPS Lock stuck on 60FPS

I am having huge issues, I can't get over the fact EA keep releasing this game so broken on PC year after year! I pay over 3K for a top of the range PC (RTX 4090 + 7950X3d) and FIFA is unplayable. GPU usage is all over the place, up and down. I know PC doesn't have as big a player base as the console version, but it's still got a player base. Really really disappointed!
