Appealed for ban

I appealed for a ban in EA FC 25 because a friend of mine misused my account while I was on vacation, this was my appeal:
I am writing to appeal the ban on my account ---. I previously submitted an appeal when I did not know the reason for the ban, but I have since discovered that the ban was due to cheats being used on my account while a friend of mine was playing. While I was on vacation and unable to play games, I allowed my friend to use my account to play matches like Rivals and Champions, as I could not do so myself (I only could complete SBC's and just manage my team). However, I now realize that he used cheats during these matches without my knowledge or consent. I had no idea that he would misuse my account in this way, and I deeply regret trusting him with access to my account. I have never used cheats myself and was not involved in any unfair activities. I truly enjoy playing EA FC 25, and this situation is very upsetting to me. I kindly request that you reconsider the ban on my account, as I am not responsible for my friend’s actions. I am willing to provide any additional information you might need to resolve this issue. As additional proof, I have screenshots where my friend admits to using cheats while playing on my account. I can provide these screenshots if needed for further investigation. I will ensure no one else has access to my account moving forward. I would also like to know what the next steps are in this situation and if there is any way I can be unbanned, given that I was not involved in cheating. Additionally, should I report my friend for misusing my account? Thank you for your time and understanding. So MY account is banned because a ''friend'' I trusted misused my account and now I am banned and the only response i egt from EA is the standard email. I want to have SUPPORT with this issue, since im trated unfairly and wrong. But I get no contact person I can chat to, just a automatic email.

I NEED to speak with soemone who can actually help me solve this issue, I spent hours in this game, streaming it, grinding it, had a awesome team and now I am banned for something I didnt even do.
I need to speak with someone from EA to solve this, please help me.
