Re: TOTY BLUEPRINT EVO BUG

I had an issue occur on my EA FC 25 account today where I started the process in choosing an EVO player for the TOTY Blueprint EVO. I specifically purchased 1,000 EA FC point in order to do this TOTY Blueprint EVO as the options are 500,000 Coins or 1,000 EA FC 25 points. So I use a PS5 for my account and as I started pressing the button X to start my EVO for Trailblazer Raphinha it did start the next screen to give the option of using coins or EA FC points but as soon the screen change it auto selected the coins without letting me choose the FC Points option. I would like to politely ask an EA Community Manager to review this issue as I specifically bought the EA FC points to do this EVO. I have even placed case number about the chat I had with EA support worker Rahma about this issue, they were polite and guided me to this route to solve my issue.
